Musical
Purpose of the Activity
Musical is for all students who are interested in being part of our annual Broadway musical production. If you are someone who loves to sing, dance, and act, you should audition for the cast or apply to be on stage crew!
Number of Participants
We aim to recruit a cast of 30–40 students with an additional stage and set design crew of 10–20 students. If you are interested in working hard, learning about performance, and exercising your creativity, we have a place for you!
Grade Level/s of Participants
Auditions for the musical are open to all Daniel Wright students. Although not required, students wishing to audition for the musical are strongly encouraged to participate in chorus.
Meeting Schedule and Location
Season: December through April
Meeting Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with additional rehearsals as scheduled (see calendar below)
Time: Rehearsals begin at 3:45 p.m. Ending time varies based on how far along we are in the season.

Commitment to good attendance is crucial for the production to succeed. We are a team and rely on each member to sound our best! If you are out sick or must be absent from rehearsal for any reason, you must notify us via the Conflict Request Form. (This is for NEW absences only; you don't need to record any conflicts you've previously communicated.)

Student Fees
To participate in the program, families must pay a participation fee using the RevTrak Web Store.
Costumes may be the responsibility of each family and can cost up to $60.
