Purpose of the Activity
The Daniel Wright News Media Club will create student-produced video announcements, featuring daily segments and delivering important school news. The club offers students hands-on opportunities to learn video editing, scriptwriting, public speaking, and digital storytelling. These segments will be compiled into short videos and shared on a private or public YouTube channel.
Tryout Procedures
Make sure you have a permission to participate form on file with the club sponsor or coach otherwise you will not be able to participate in the program. Students will need to complete a Google Form application.

The club accepts 15-20 participants.

Student Attendance Guidelines
Regular attendance is essential to the success of our club. Students who frequently miss club, risk losing their spot. We strongly encourage students to prioritize attendance to ensure their growth and contribution to the club's success. If a student must miss, club facilitators must be notified ahead of time.
