The District 103 Board of Education received a preliminary project schedule and construction timeline at its August 20 meeting for facility improvements planned for Daniel Wright Junior High School.
Wold Ruck Pate, the architect firm spearheading the project, updated the Board on the timeline of the two-year project, tentatively scheduled for completion in 2020. The scope of the project will provide additional learning spaces and enhancements to the school.
Half Day and Sprague Schools completed construction projects in August 2017, with the addition of new learning spaces at both schools. Daniel Wright is the last of the three schools to receive building improvements. The improvements at Daniel Wright will be financed through current district resources.
