After being named the 2025 Regional Champions last weekend, the Science Bowl team is preparing for a steeper competition at nationals. Students who helped bring the school a regional championship are Rishabh Shah, Dhruv Tiwari, Alex Zhou, Rishi Vasireddy, and Eesha Gannu.
"We are practicing and preparing for the National Competition in Washington, D.C. the weekend of April 25. Students will continue to specialize in specific science disciplines and work to better understand those concepts. They will work on better understanding the different research specializations in each Department of Energy Lab. They will continue to challenge themselves by moving from junior high concepts to high school concepts in hopes that they are able to advance in the competition where the problems get more difficult, explained Tony Hafner who coaches the team with Maggie Patel.
