Four students have been invited to present their projects at the IJAS State Science Fair in May after receiving high scores on their projects. Ananmith Anand, Varnika Bawa, Salonee Iyer, and Sanvi Patel earned gold awards for their research projects at the IJAS Region 6 Science Fair over the weekend and advanced to the state competition.
Gold awards were also earned by Akhil Akuthota, Shrinanth Beeram, Annah Cherian, Sarah Craig, Ziva Ganesh, Yev Stoliarov, Hadley Sweet, and Ayaan Yacoob. These individuals are currently on an alternate list and may be invited as well. Treya Mandapati and Sanvi Katta earned a silver award for their project, "Barrier Bubbles."
Shrinath Beeram earned a gold award and best in category award for his project, "Paper Planes." Pictures of the winners can be found in this Daniel Wright photo folder.
